What is Exclusive Inclusion ?
The idea behind Exclusive Inclusion was that as a journalist, I was always trying to get an exclusive story.
On the other hand, I discovered that talent is being excluded because organisations are putting people in a box, which they do not belong in, rather than understanding the individual. This creates barriers to opportunity. I discovered that some of the thinking from diversity leaders was from an HR perspective not from an equalities perspective.
The logo was designed to reflect this.
